If you are the Account or Project Administrator, navigate to the Users > Manage Users menu selection.
At the top of the Manage Users screen, click Create New Users. Enter in a username* and the new user's email address. Once you click Submit, an email with their login credentials will be sent to that user.
Once a user's account is created, the Administrator needs to enable this account and assign it to at least one Project. If you receive this error message, contact your Account Administrator and let them know that they must complete the following steps:
- Go to Users > Manage Users and select the checkbox "DistillerSR Enabled/Disabled" next to the account's username.
- On the same screen, click the Project Assignments button next to the account's username and select any Project(s) to which the user will be assigned; OR
- Go to Users > Assign Users to this Project, select the account's username on that screen, then click Save.
Don't forget to adjust permissions for your user in the DistillerSR Permission Matrix.
* Note: All usernames in DistillerSR must be unique. If your user already has an account from another organization, then a new, unique username must be entered.
