How can I delete users from DistillerSR?

Administrators cannot manually delete user accounts from DistillerSR. However, the desired accounts can be removed from Projects and subsequently removed by the DistillerSR Support Team. 

1. Un-assign any desired accounts from Projects by going to Users > Manage Users and clicking the Project Assignments button next to their username. Unselect all Projects to which they are assigned. 
2. Ensure their profiles are up-to-date by clicking the Edit button next to their username (e.g. First/Last Name, Job Title).
3. Once these steps are complete, contact support@distillersr.com with a list of usernames that you would like to remove from your subscription or organization in DistillerSR.
