Username is already taken, please try another username error message received

You are receiving this error because the username you are attempting to add has already been used within the DistillerSR system.  All usernames a unique across the entire application, so it is entirely possible that the name you wish to use is already reserved. We cannot have two identical usernames within the application.

To add your new user, you will have to create a new user with a unique name.  

Each unique user created belongs to the associated Administrator / Organization that created.
