Can I add a second Account Administrator?

It is not possible to add a second Account Administrator to your group at this time. However, there are some options available if you would like to grant Account Administrator permissions to another user on your team.

• Switch Administrators - If you would like to switch the role of the Account Administrator with another user in your group, email support@distillersr.com with the username of the person who will be taking on the role. The switch will be made for you as soon as possible. 
• Global Permissions - These permissions are available as an Add-On feature for your DistillerSR environment. It will allow the current Account Administrator to assign various permissions that are limited to their account to non-Administrative users, who can then perform any of the required functions (e.g. creating new users or Projects, managing DistillerSR/CuratorCR Permission Matrix, access to Administrative reports and the Audit Log).
