How do I change who the Account Administrator is?

If you would like to change your organization or group's Account Administrator, the current Account Administrator must contact the DistillerSR Support Team at support@distillersr.com.

Provide the username of the current Account Administrator and the username of the new Account Administrator. Ensure that both users are CC'd on the email to the Support Team and that permission to make this change is provided.
