How do you assign users to Projects?

There are two options for assigning users to Projects:

• Manage the Project assignments for each user individually; OR
• Assign multiple users to a Project at once.

To assign Projects to an individual user, from the top menu select Users and Manage Users. Next to the username, click the Project Assignments button. Select the checkbox beside the Project(s) to assign to the user. Click Save once you are done.

To assign multiple users to a Project, choose the desired Project from the drop-down list at the top right of the DistillerSR screen. You can also search for the Project name. Then, go to Users and Assign Users to This Project. Select the checkbox beside the users you would like to assign to the Project and click Save.

After you have assigned users to the Project, do not forget to assign them permissions.
