How to Hide a Project

There are two ways you can hide a project:

Method 1: Using Project Folders (Bulk or Quick Action)

1. Go to the Project Folders page.

2. Find the project you want to hide.

3. Look for the Show/Hide toggle next to the project name.

4. Switch the toggle to Hide.

Method 2: Using Project Settings

1. Open the project you want to hide.

2. Go to the Project Settings screen.

3. Find the Hide Project checkbox.

4. Check the box and save your changes.

Does hiding a project delete any data? No, hiding a project only removes it from the dropdown view. All references, forms, and audit trails are still there and safe.
