DistillerSR Account Administrators have full permissions in a Project, such as the ability to create and assign user accounts (and reset passwords, etc.) and create Projects.
If an Account Administrator is absent, any non-administrative users won't be able to execute these above-mentioned tasks, resulting in unnecessary delays.
If your group has purchased the Global Permissions Add-On Feature, is available and the appropriate permissions are set for specific users (such as Multiple Administrators), then a user with full Global Permissions will be available to act as Account Administrator in any of the specific Projects they are assigned.
If Global Permissions are not enabled, to circumvent potential issues caused by absence of the Account Administrator, a best practice is for the Account Administrator to e-mail the Support Team (support@distillersr.com), notifying the team of their absence dates and providing us with the username of the individual who shall have Account Administrator access during this period (the account must be DistillerSR enabled). We will switch the Account Administrator privileges to this account.
When the original Account Administrator returns from their absence, the interim Account Administrator must then e-mail support@distillersr.com and notify the team to switch the privileges back to the original Account Administrator.
