Receiving a Validation error while uploading a JSON file

A validation error is displayed with no other details when attempting to upload and validate a JSON file.  What could be causing this error is that the reference already exists in your Project but has been quarantined. 

To validate this, go to References > Quarantine and search for the RefID that you are trying to upload within the JSON file. If that reference is found, it should be deleted (Delete Reference). Once deleted, the JSON file can be uploaded successfully.
