DistillerSR offers two ways to assign users to the "Reviewer" role in your Projects, in the Level Settings and Form Settings.
When should I assign reviewers in Form Settings?
Reviewers should be assigned in the Form Settings when you want to assign specific users to specific Forms in the same Level. For example, in the image below there are two Forms. If User A must review in the Form "Full Text Screening" and User B in "Rapid/Title Screening", assigning users to the designated Form through Form Settings is recommended.
When should I assign reviewers in Level Settings?
If there is no need to assign users to specific Forms, assigning reviewers in the Level Settings will fulfill the requirement and the selected users will be reviewers for all Forms in the Level.
Note: If reviewers are assigned in both Level and Form Settings, DistillerSR will follow Form Settings and will override Level Settings for user assignment.
