API method doesn't work

There are several reasons why the API method selected may not work as expected. The following are steps you can take to identify the issue:

1. Try performing the same function in the web version of DistillerSR. If it doesn't work as expected, please contact support@distillersr.com. If it works in your DistillerSR Project, proceed to Step 2. Note: if you were able to authenticate via API and received a token, the API is available for your account.
   
   
2. Verify that you are using the correct endpoint. Ensure you are using a link for your method from our API documentation. Note: the link should always start with https://v1serv-prod.evidencepartners.com.
   
   
3. If you are receiving an error code, verify it in the DistillerSR API documentation. There is a section with generic errors, as well as method-related errors listed under each of the endpoints.
