Labels (which act like sticky notes in DistillerSR) can be added in bulk to your references in Datarama.
If you know which references you would like to apply a Label to, generate a Datarama report containing those specific references (i.e. specific RefIDs, specific year, Level 1 includes, etc.). Once the report has been created (run in the View Online format), click the green "Add Tags/Labels to References" button at the bottom of the screen.
Clicking the button will open the following panel, presenting the option to add Labels to the references in your report:
Depending on your Project's Label settings, you can either add Labels on the fly (as seen with the Labels "Asthma" and "Vitamin D") or add a Label that has been pre-set by your Project Administrator (e.g. Keep as Background, Unsure, Read Late).
Once done, click "Add Tags/Labels" and the Labels will be applied.
If you would like to add a Label to your references on import, you can do so in the Standard Options of the Find and Import References screen after selecting a reference source:
Note that the Label will be added to ALL the references being imported, so if you would like to apply the Label to select references, you will have to import them in groups based on the desired labeling.
