When and how would I use Map Fields to Forms?

The Map Fields to Forms tool is an efficient way to quickly map response sets and reviewing completed outside of DistillerSR to references that are in your Project (e.g. initial Title/Abstract Screening that may have been completed in Excel).

References can be imported from a CSV or RIS file to your Project, and the file containing data must include columns with a new field for the responses (i.e. the response "Yes" maps to Include and the response "No" maps to Exclude). Additionally, the responses in your file must exactly match the responses available as answers on your Project Forms (e.g. "yes" will not properly map to a Form in which the Include option is "Yes" with a capital).

Map Fields to Forms can be used for either basic Screening Forms (including and excluding) or standalone Data Extraction Forms. Note: This function will not work with an HDE (parent-child) or HDE with Subforms Data Extraction setup.
