There are a couple of reasons why you may not see conflicts in your Project as you are reviewing.
- In your Level Settings, the Disagreement Result is set to "Include". When this option is selected, references will be included and move to the next Level in your workflow even if reviewers submitted conflicting responses. To have conflicts flagged for the Level, change the option to "Conflict", save, and reconcile your references.
- In your Level Settings, if Users Needed to Process/Exclude is set to >1, it is possible that conflicts are not flagged because the second reviewer has not yet reviewed their assigned references. In the Reference Status Report, if there are references in the "Some Reviews" column, these references are awaiting review and any conflicts will not be flagged until they are fully reviewed.
