There may be several cases in which you wont see all the references that have been assigned to you on your Dashboard:
- Verify user assignments in the Level and Form Settings of your Project. It is possible that you have not been assigned at either the Form or Level Settings (or there are conflicting Form and Level assignments - in this case, the Form assignments will be prioritized).
- Verify any partitioning of references in the Level and Form Settings. If Filters have been used to split reference assignments amongst reviewers, it is possible that none of the references have been assigned to your account.
- Verify that there are enough Users Needed to Process in the Level Settings. For example, if it is set to 1 User Needed to Process/Exclude references, any other users assigned to that Level may have fully reviewed all the references before you have started reviewing (so none are left to be reviewed by you).
- Reconcile references if any workflow changes (such as those in the previous points) have been made. This will apply the changes retroactively to your references and "refreshes" the Project, so your reference assignments may be made visible to you on your Dashboard.
- Check your Reviewer Compatibility. If you and another reviewer have an "X" between your accounts, you will never review the same reference (even if the Users Needed to Process is set to 2). For example, if there are 500 references to review by 2 reviewers, at the start you should both see 500 references on your Dashboards. However, if one reviewer reviews 10 references, the other will now see only 490 on their Dashboard because they are not able to review the same references as the first reviewer. Removing this compatibility assignment will allow both users to review all 500 references.
