There are multiple ways for a reviewer to edit their previously submitted data or response sets.
- From the My Tasks tab on your Dashboard, click on the "Reviewed by you" link at the Level in which you are going to edit. You will be taken to the Review menu selection for that Level. All references that you have reviewed will be displayed. Locate the reference that you wish to edit and click on it. This will load the submitted Form, which you can edit and resubmit.
- From the Review menu option, select the Level & Form that you wish to edit. Change the "Status" selection from "Unreviewed" to "Reviewed". All references that you have reviewed will be displayed. Locate the reference that you wish to edit and click on it. This will load the submitted Form, which you can edit and resubmit.
- A report can be produced in Datarama. You can select the Level that you wish to edit, specify references to display in the report and you can select specific user(s) for the report as well. Once you have the desired report created, you can either open up the submitted Form to edit (by clicking on any data for that reference), or you can enable the editing option by clicking Enable Editing and change your responses directly in the Datarama report.
- If you know the specific RefID you want to edit, type that into the search bar located at the top of the screen. Click on the reference from the search results. This will generate a Datarama report of all data submitted for that reference. You can either open the submitted Form to edit (by clicking on any data for that reference), or you can enable the editing option by clicking Enable Editing and change your responses directly in the Datarama report.
