- Run your searches in PubMed and download desired results using the Send to > Citation manager option.
- Import your PubMed files into Endnote using the Pubmed (NLM) import filter.
- You should see the PMID appear in the Accession Number field for your references.
- Export your references from EndNote as an RIS formatted file and import the RIS file into DistillerSR on the Find and Import References screen.
- Navigate to Project > Project Settings and under "Identifier Mappings for CuratorCR Export" add the Accession Number field to the PMID section by clicking on the field in the drop-down menu.
Don't forget to click the green Submit button; this allows CuratorCR to use that field when looking for the PMID.
