Using CuratorCR with SSO enabled

If you have SSO enabled for your organization in DistillerSR, when trying to open CuratorCR (that is enabled for your account with all required permissions), you may be presented with a blank grey screen and a URL that ends with "empty". Refreshing or clearing cache do not resolve the issue.

This is a known issue where your SSO and DistillerSR Password Policy must be re-configured in order to access CuratorCR. Follow these steps to access CuratorCR:

1. Go to Project > Account Settings in DistillerSR. Disable SSO for your organization.
2. Then, go to Users > Password Policy. On this screen, set your "Password Expiry" to 0. Click Update to save the change.
3. Go back to Account Settings and re-enable SSO for your organization. 

Once the Password Policy change has been made, you should be able to access all CuratorCR screens.
