Feature Request and Product Feedback Guidelines

When reporting a feature request,  the following guidelines should be followed:

1. What is the feature that you are requesting
2. What problem / issue are you trying to resolve with this new feature
3. What is the end business or user outcome this change will effect positively (e.g. implementing this new report will save 15% or the equivalent of 1 person day of time spent producing reports)?

Please note:  There is no guarantee that the feature requests received will be implemented, but we will guarantee that all will be read and evaluated.
