Announcement: Terms of Service Change

Please be advised that as of April 24, 2023 we have updated our standard Terms of Service which are available for review HERE. For all existing Customers and Users subject to the previous version of the Terms of Service this announcement is prior notice that these changes will take effect on June 1, 2023.

PLEASE NOTE the Terms of Service are only applicable to Customers and Users that are NOT subject to any of the following: (1) a Proposal with DSR Subscription Terms, (2) an executed MSA, or (3) an equivalent negotiated contract.

For further clarity the following was amended:

• Definition of Customer Data
  • Definition amended to clarify the scope of Customer Data.
• Definition of Force Majeure
  • Amended to remove “Pandemic (including COVID 19 and related variants)” and insert “localized sickness outbreak”
• Hyperlink URLs
  • Hyperlink URL updated to distillersr.com domain
• Termination for Convenience notification requirements
  • Notification shall now be sent to support@distillersr.com.
  • Notification for Termination for Cause must be sent in accordance with the notice provision in section 12.9.
• Removal of the term “DAISY” when referring to AI Classifiers.
